Roles we are recruiting for:

Bartender – Experience in preparing basic beverages, wines, spirits and beer. An individual who can interact with customers while serving drinks and snacks.

Cocktail Bartender/Mixologist – Highly experienced in mixing and preparing cocktails. An individual who has extensive knowledge of both modern and classic cocktails, can interact with customers and is confident enough to take customer requests without the cocktail being on the menu.

The successful candidate must have:

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Fully vaccinated
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certified
